A. Full bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, making sure your measuring tape is parallel to the floor.
B. Underbust
Measure around your rib cage right under your bust
C. Waist
Measure around the smallest part of your stomach
The area between your bellybutton and rib cage
D. Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips
E. Upper arm circumference (bicep)
Measure around the widest part of your bicep
F. Inseam
Measure the distance between the uppermost part of your thigh to your ankle
X. Cup width
Measure the horizontal distance from the cleavage (near sternum) to the outer part of your breast (near underarm) while crossing the nipple.
Note: wear a fitted bra if well endowed
Y. Cup depth
Measure the vertical distance between your nipple and the breast crease (wireline) following the contours.
Note: wear a fitted bra if well endowed
